• Northern Ireland: £39.99 surcharge, 3 business days
• Scottish Highlands: £12–£29 surcharge depending on postcode
• Isle of Wight: £10 surcharge

Returns & Cancellations

• 14-day cancellation right — notify us within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
• You then have 14 days to return the item in original condition with packaging and fixings
• We will refund the full purchase price including standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the return
• Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty
• Made-to-order and sale items are excluded from cancellation rights

What You'll Need

• Panel adhesive or grab adhesive
• Pin gun or panel pins (optional)
• Spirit level, tape measure, pencil
• Fine-tooth saw for cutting

Installation Steps

1. Prepare the wall — ensure the surface is clean, dry and flat.
2. Measure and cut — measure height from floor to ceiling (or desired area), cut panels to size.
3. Apply adhesive — apply adhesive in a zigzag pattern to the back of the panel.
4. Press into place — position the panel and press firmly. Use pins or temporary supports until adhesive sets.
5. Continue fitting — butt panels tightly together. Use a fine filler for any joins if painting.

Finishing

• Pre-primed panels can be painted with any standard emulsion or eggshell paint
• Apply two coats for best results
• Fill any pin holes with fine surface filler before painting
