All of our wall panels are easily installed by bonding them straight to the wall with our grab adhesive! Apply firm but even pressure whilst the adhesive starts to set, and then you’re good to go!

All of our waterproof panels feature a tongue and groove system which allows them to be connected easily, providing a seamless finish. If your installation has an open end (IE if you aren’t covering a full wall), one of our waterproof end trims will be needed.

If the installation isn’t full height, we recommend ordering one of our waterproof top trims to ensure a smooth, sealed, finish. These can be applied using the same grab adhesive and technique as the panels.

To maximise performance of these panels, we recommend sealing all joints and edges after installation. This will ensure water cannot get behind or between the panels.

Mainland UK DELIVERIES

All orders are delivered FREE to mainland UK with Express Couriers. All products are dispatched the same day if ordered before 12 o’clock noon. All panel products are delivered by DX overnight, you should receive your product the next working day and sample orders are delivered via Royal mail using the tracked 48 service so you should receive your samples in 2 working days.

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from us with a tracking link so you can follow the delivery.

Please note that during exceptionally busy periods such as during sales, some deliveries might exceed our usual time frame. Should we experience any delays at these times we will notify you.

Returns

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to return the item to us. You must provide notice of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging complete with supplied fixings.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
