The easiest way to install your new MDF panels is by bonding them straight to the wall with our grab adhesive, applying firm but even pressure whilst the adhesive starts to set. Due to the weight of these panels, we recommend following up with some panel pins or screws, to ensure security and longevity.

Where pins or screws are used, make sure to sand and fill any residual holes before painting.

As always our panelling is designed to be easy to cut to suit your install! We recommend marking them up with a soft pencil mark, and then using a fine-toothed hand saw to cut them to size!

If the installation isn’t full height, we recommend ordering one of our veneered top trims to ensure a smooth finish. MDF top trims will be available soon.

Mainland UK DELIVERIES

All orders are delivered FREE to mainland UK with Express Couriers. All products are dispatched the same day if ordered before 12 o’clock noon. All panel products are delivered by DX overnight, you should receive your product the next working day and sample orders are delivered via Royal mail using the tracked 48 service so you should receive your samples in 2 working days.

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from us with a tracking link so you can follow the delivery.

Please note that during exceptionally busy periods such as during sales, some deliveries might exceed our usual time frame. Should we experience any delays at these times we will notify you.

At present, we are not offering international deliveries on domestic orders. For trade orders please contact our customer service team.

Returns

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to return the item to us. You must provide notice of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging complete with supplied fixings.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
