Delivery & Returns
Delivery Timeframes:
- Monday to Friday (excluding holidays): Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be shipped on the same day for next-day weekday delivery.
- After 11:00 AM: Orders placed after the cut-off will be shipped the following business day.
- Weekends and Bank Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Free UK Delivery on all orders over £110. Orders under £110 are subject to a delivery charge.
Overall Delivery Estimates:
England: 1-2 business days
Scotland: 1-2 business days (Highlands 2-3 business days)
Northern Ireland: 3 business days
Mainland UK DELIVERIES
All orders are delivered to mainland UK with Express Couriers. All products are dispatched the same day if ordered before 11:00 AM. All panel products are delivered by DX overnight, you should receive your product the next working day and sample orders are delivered via Royal mail using the tracked 48 service so you should receive your samples in 2 working days.
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from us with a tracking link so you can follow the delivery.
If your order is being delivered by DX and you have any queries or issues surrounding your order, you can contact DX customer service team directly on 0333 241 1188 and they will be happy to assist you.
Please note that during exceptionally busy periods such as during sales, some deliveries might exceed our usual time frame. Should we experience any delays at these times we will notify you.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
At present, we are not offering international deliveries on domestic orders. For trade orders please contact our customer service team.
Returns & Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cancellation right from the day after you receive your order. You do not need to give a reason.
Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item in its original condition with packaging and fixings.
We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the return.
Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Made-to-order and sale items are excluded from the cancellation right. If these arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us to discuss options.
