Mainland UK DELIVERIES
All orders are delivered FREE to mainland UK with Express Couriers. All products are dispatched the same day if ordered before 12 oโclock noon. All panel products are delivered by DX overnight, you should receive your product the next working day and sample orders are delivered via Royal mail using the tracked 48 service so you should receive your samples in 2 working days.
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from us with a tracking link so you can follow the delivery.
If your order is being delivered by DX and you have any queries or issues surrounding your order, you can contact DX customer service team directly on 0333 241 1188 and they will be happy to assist you.
Please note that during exceptionally busy periods such as during sales, some deliveries might exceed our usual time frame. Should we experience any delays at these times we will notify you.

At present, we are not offering international deliveries on domestic orders. For trade orders please contact our customer service team.
Returns
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to return the item to us. You must provide notice of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging complete with supplied fixings.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
